Product Description

The Slimline Stainless Steel droppers are a high strength braided stainless steel wire measuring about 1mm thick.   Pre cut to 2 metre lengths the droppers are capable of holding 14kgs each.

Things to consider

Compatible Hooks

These droppers can hold either the Mini Hooks or Push Button Hooks.

Using these droppers

The droppers are connected to the track with pre moulded track slides which can be inserted at any point without needing to be fed in from one end.

Left over cable should be wound and placed behind the lowest suspended piece.  At no point should the cable be cut as it has been thermally bound to ensure the braiding does not fray.

What is included in a pack?

The pack contains ten braided Stainless Steel droppers, each 2 metres long.

What is the load rating?

Each Stainless Steel dropper is rated to 14kg. The hook, fixings and wall substrate must also be suitable for the load.

Which hooks work with Stainless Steel droppers?

Use either Slimline Mini Hooks or Slimline Push Button Hooks. The push-button option is convenient where displays change frequently.

Can the droppers be inserted anywhere on the track?

Yes. Their pre-moulded track slides can be inserted at any point without feeding the cable in from an end.

Can I cut off unused stainless steel cable?

No. The cable has been thermally bound to prevent the braid fraying. Wind the unused cable and place it behind the lowest suspended piece.
