Product Description

The Slimline Art Hanging System Adjustable Hooks represent an excellent hook solution at an economy price.  They are particularly good where regular adjustment is less likely.   Adjustable with an included allen key and are capable of holding 14kg per hook (7kg on the Clear Tape Droppers).

Things to consider

Compatible Droppers

The Slimline Art Hanging System Adjustable Hooks are designed to work with both the Clear Tape and Stainless Steel Dropper Kits.

Design Features

The hook has been cleverly designed with a broad flat back, minimising the chance of any wall bruising if it became stuck between the piece suspended and the wall; not that this is likely as it is quite thin.  You will note that the hooking point and the dropper touch minimising any forward lean effect due to the hook.

How many Mini Hooks are included?

The pack contains ten adjustable Mini Hooks and an Allen/hex key.

Which droppers can use the Mini Hook?

The current Slimline range uses Mini Hooks with Clear Tape, Clear Line and Stainless Steel droppers. Observe the lower load rating of the selected dropper.

What is the load rating of a Mini Hook?

The hook is rated to 14kg on a suitable Stainless Steel dropper. The maximum becomes 8kg on Clear Line or 7kg on Clear Tape because the lower-rated component governs the system.

How is the hook height adjusted?

Remove the artwork, loosen the hook with the included Allen/hex key, slide it to the required height and relock it.

How does the design help with forward lean?

The hanging point is kept close to the dropper and the back of the hook is broad and flat, helping reduce the hook’s contribution to forward lean and wall contact.
