Shipping Information

We ship Australia wide FREE OF CHARGE. Depending on the order and location the items may be sent with either Australia Post, Hunter Express or Toll iPEC.



Whilst we will provide you with a more accurate estimate via email once your order has been received, the following is a guide to delivery times for capital cities Australia wide. In general rural deliveries will take an extra two days from your capital city.

Upgrade to Express Post

For orders not including lengths of track or ZBar we can offer Express Post shipping (via Australia Post).  This upgrade incurs a flat fee of $5 and can be selected on the ‘cart’ page of our website.   As mentioned below we will endeavour to get your order out the same day (see handling time below), however this upgrade does not guarantee priority handling and as such normal handling times apply.

Handling Time

We will do everything we can to ship your items the day you place the order, however, in some cases this is not possible.  If there is likely to be a handling time delay of more than 2 days, we will contact you to discuss.

Upon placing your order you will receive an email with in several business hours from one of our team members informing you of how and when the order will be shipped. We will also supply you with the connote details (where available) for tracking.


 Out of Stock

Whilst we keep a large amount of stock on hand, if we do run out, our next shipment tends to already be on it’s way and usually will cause only a very short delay to shipping.  If this is the case, we will notify you by email or phone ASAP.
